The Department of Theatre Arts of the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu was founded in 1997, when the active partnership between the artistic and academic communities began. Through the Department of Theatre Arts, “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu has become a traditional partner of the Sibiu International Theatre Festival, of the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu. The three undergraduate majors of the Department of Theatre Arts (Acting, Theatre Studies - Cultural Management and Choreography), plus the two master’s degrees.
